What We Do

We offer a New Client Package costing £235 which comprises 1 complimentary consultation with Emilia (1 hour), 2 hours of project design and 1 follow-up consultation with no commitment to work with her going forward. This is suited to a single room design or to cover a couple of initial design solutions across your home. It’s a great way to start working with Emilia.

Book your consultation
Arrange a free consultation with Emilia at your home.

Estimate Preparation
Sophie will send estimates of the work for your approval.

Proposal
On agreeing to work together, Emilia will prepare some initial ideas for each space you want her help with. We will run through our terms and conditions as well as fee structure with you.

Follow-Up
Follow-up appointment with Emilia to discuss the proposal and how you would like to proceed.

Ordering
We only place orders once the quotation has met with your approval and a deposit has been paid.

Delivery
Suzanne will provide you with updates on your order and delivery timeframe. Sophie will clear your order through Customs and pay the GST. She will send a final invoice after delivery.
